Town visits
The Manse Pavillon, or Princes Mill in Chantilly, property of the institute of France, was designed by J.H.MANSART. It houses a room of hydraulic machinery from Prince Condé (1677) and a room of recently restored hydraulic machinery from Duc d'Aumale. Visitors can marvel at 300 years of technical progress all under the same roof. Alongside there is also the laundry room of Duc d'Aumale – the most modern of its time.
